COLLECTION AND ORDERING DETAILS
- Collection days: Monday and Thursday
- Orders must be placed Monday through Friday by (8:00am – 3:00pm E.S.T.) to be shipped same day.
- Can place an order anytime by texting 419-583-7507
- Order semen by texting Ben at 419-583-7507, Andrew at 419-572-0531 or by calling the Boar Stud Office at 419-335-0890
- All cancellations must be made by 9:00am E.S.T. on date of collection
- A $250 late fee will be charged to your account if you do not cancel by above mentioned time
BILLING DETAILS
- All semen purchases will be pre-paid, C.O.D. or paid by credit card, unless a prior working relationship of credit has been established
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover
- All semen is shipped UPS via Next Day Air delivery
- Next Day Air Shipments other than Ohio $75-$100 depending on your location
- Next Day Air Ohio Shipments are $60-$75
- Next Day Ground Shipments are $40 (Ohio, Indiana, Michigan)
- Saturday delivery is available @ Extra Charge of $15
- This shipping costs includes your packing fees
GUARANTEED LITTER POLICY
Genetic Edge stands firmly behind the quality of semen that leaves our facility and in an effort to better service our customers, we are excited to announce our new 1 GUARANTEED LITTER POLICY effective 4/2/2015.
1 Guaranteed Litter Policy Guidelines:
- Must purchase and use 2 doses of semen of the same boar
- Only applicable for semen purchased at the PRE Book full price
If sow does not settle:
- Genetic Edge will replace the semen at no charge.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
- Notification of non-settle must be made within 28 days of the shipping date of original semen purchase.
- Guarantee valid for 2 re-breeds for same sow or gilt
- Has to be used in same calendar year
- Your account must be paid in full to receive replacement semen
